Hamster Wheel Mobile

I saw an old-timey photo once of goat-powered car and it inspired me to design something similar but with a fantasy twist. Behold, the hamster wheel mobile! I imagine they're operated by fairy-esque people along with their rabbit or other rodents familiars. One side has steps for the animal to get on and into the wheel. The otherside is a kind of luggage area... Not really sure how this thing should brake though...
